Our hearts are with everyone in our LA community affected by the wildfires. We feel incredibly fortunate to be safe and to still have our homes, but we know that’s not the case for so many of our neighbors. As we navigate these challenging weeks, we’ve decided to delay Season 2 until February.
That said, we wanted to connect with you in the meantime. We’ve recorded a quick check-in with updates and a sneak peek at what’s ahead for the pod in 2025.
A 2024 study found that nearly 44% of patients with unexplained infertility actually had endometriosis, which often goes undiagnosed due to the need for a surgical procedure called laparoscopy. This condition is not typically part of initial infertility evaluations, even though it could be the underlying cause for many of these patients. [Read more here]

This video is a bit goofy, but it somehow works wonders for our mood. Take a moment to watch it while sipping a tall glass of water and taking a few deep breaths. If you're at your desk, stand up (yes, seriously!) and give yourself a big stretch—maybe even march along with the cats and shake off the stress from this week. It might sound silly, but we promise you'll feel so much better afterward! <3
Kayti here—WeNatal has been a total game-changer for my fertility and IVF journey. Amy and I know the founders personally (stay tuned for their podcast episode this spring!), and we can vouch for the quality of their supplements. After my husband took WeNatal for a few months, his semen analysis numbers—motility and morphology—improved drastically. It's the only prenatal brand I swear by!

A weekly column of stories from listeners to remind us all that we’re not alone.
The journey to get pregnant has been harder than I ever imagined. Every month brings the same cycle of hope and disappointment, and it feels like we’ve been stuck in this endless loop of trying, testing, and waiting. Each negative pregnancy test feels like a small heartbreak, a reminder that something we want so desperately is just out of reach. The doctors say we’re healthy, but still, nothing is happening! I can’t help but feel frustrated and lost, wondering why it’s so easy for others and so incredibly difficult for us.
On top of the emotional toll, the financial burden of IVF is something we simply can’t afford right now. We’ve done the math, looked into every possible option, but the reality is we’re stuck. It’s hard to know where to turn next—there’s no clear path, and every decision feels like a leap into the unknown. I feel overwhelmed and exhausted, caught between wanting to move forward and not knowing how. It’s hard to keep the faith when the way forward is so unclear. Why is it so hard!? — J.M.
