#14: we survived another mother's day (big exhale)
huge love to our community
We made it through another Mother’s Day. That in itself deserves a deep breath, a slow exhale, and maybe a cupcake or two. M-Day can be so loaded — with love, with grief, with comparison, and with quiet, aching questions that don’t always have clear answers. And yet, here you are. Still showing up. Still mothering yourself through the madness. Big love to every single one of you.
We know how much emotional labor goes into smiling for others, honoring the moms in your life, or just surviving the day without completely falling apart. So this week, let’s make space to pour some of that energy back into ourselves. Run a bath, go for a solo shopping stroll, queue up your favorite comfort show, and yes—treat yo' self. Like Donna and Tom would want. Because you deserve softness, celebration, and a moment of peace after holding so much.
xo,
Amy & Kayti
We are so excited about this one. This week, we sat down with Ronit Menashe and Vida Delrahim, the brilliant co-founders of WeNatal — a fertility supplement brand built on the radical idea that sperm matters. (Spoiler: it really does.)
Ronit and Vida open up about their personal losses, what it means to start over, and how they created WeNatal to support couples from both sides of the fertility equation. We talk about everything from sperm health to relationship dynamics to what it means to actually feel supported during this process. Whether you’re knee-deep in IVF or just curious about boosting that sperm quality (yes, it’s worth it), this episode is packed with actionable takeaways and honest perspective.

It’s a complicated time in the world of reproductive rights. On May 5, the Trump Administration asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit that challenges telehealth access to mifepristone, one of the most commonly used abortion medications (AP).
Despite President Trump's previous claims that he would protect access to abortion pills, his administration is now defending FDA rules that could allow for tighter control of mailing and prescribing this medication (Politico).
So, what does this mean for us? IVF and abortion access are more connected than they appear. Restrictions on reproductive care often come in through the same legal and political doors. And sadly, like so many of us know, infertility warriors often need access to the same exact care. We must stay informed, vocal, and proactive. If you want to learn more, The New York Times, Resolve The National Infertility Association, and Abortion Everyday have helpful updates and ways to advocate for reproductive access and fertility protections.

This week on IG, we were floored by the outpouring of love, DMs, and comments from so many of you. Sharing your hearts, your stories, your sadness, your strength — it’s what keeps this little podcast corner alive and meaningful. We created a highlight on the profile — meltdown — so you can reference back when you’re feeling alone. It’s real, it’s raw, and it’s beautiful. We love you.
