#6: The sun will come out
Plus a clean beauty product with SPF 50 we're loving đ
Happiest Friday, friendsâ
The sun is back and boy is it hot! đ LA is in the middle of a heat waveâgiving us a much-needed dose of warmth and vitamin-D, and a little extra hope. After weeks of wintery skies and that slow, stalled feeling that winter tends to bring, the sunshine is a welcome reminder that brighter days are ahead. Itâs still February, but spring is on the horizon, and with it comes the promise of new energy, fresh starts, and maybe even a little momentum in places where things have felt stuck.
And even in the stuckness, life keeps moving. Kayti is settling into her new home and city, and Amy is navigating a few new challengesâbecause, as we all know, this road is rarely linear. Some days bring progress, others bring setbacks, but through it all, we keep going. We hope that wherever you are in your journeyâwaiting, hoping, navigating setbacks, or celebrating progressâyou can take a moment to soak in the sun (or find some light wherever you are). Because even in the slow seasons, change is always happening beneath the surface. đ±đ

Unicorn readings, pineapple core, Chinese herbs, changing positions, and positive affirmations, bring it on!
Join us next week for a listener Q&A.
President Trump signed an executive order on February 18, 2025, titled "Expanding Access to In Vitro Fertilization." This directive aims to make IVF treatments more affordable by reducing regulatory burdens and calls for policy recommendations within 90 days to protect âIVF access and aggressively reducing out-of-pocket and health plan costs for IVF treatment.â This initiative brings hope for increased support, but it's essential to approach it with cautious optimism, and continue to advocate for real improvements. The order's broad language leaves many questions unanswered, particularly regarding implementation and potential impacts on existing reproductive rights.
As a community, staying informed and advocating for comprehensive reproductive health policies, including expanded access to IVF, is crucial.
Exciting Event!

I did the PRP in conjunction with a retrieval and honestly, I was in excruciating pain yesterday, but itâs lightened up a bit todayâŠjust a ton of discomfort and bloating. On the happy side, I got 16 eggs retrieved which has never happened for me before â Iâm 42 and this is my 3rd retrieval, the last 2 I only had 7 and 8 eggs retrieved. So Iâll take mild OHSS for the amount I got âșïž
