#8: We'll take more coffee pls 😴
Plus banana bread, egg retrieval parties, and a state that can't make up its mind
Happy Friday friends! We have a short and sweet one for you this week as we are still recovering from Daylight Savings Time (why was it so brutal this year)? Here are a few things to read and enjoy this weekend. Sending you all so much and remember: you are doing great.

Part 2 of our listener Q&A came out this week, where we talk about what to pack when traveling for IVF (heating pad, heating pad, heating pad!), how we really feel about sharing our journey so publicly, and the often uncomfortable topic of keeping sex meaningful during infertility. Listen below <3
We have our eyes on Tennessee this week, where lawmakers are moving forward with a bill to protect access to IVF and contraception, clarifying these services aren’t restricted under the state’s abortion laws.
While that’s a win for reproductive care, there’s also talk of new rules that could limit embryo storage and genetic testing for IVF patients. Another bill aims to give doctors clearer guidance on when life-saving abortion care is allowed, but efforts to expand exceptions for rape and incest haven’t gained traction. It’s a mixed bag, and we’ll be watching closely.
If you listened to this week’s episode, you know we gave LMNT some love—but we’ve also been into Needed’s Hydration Support lately. It’s grapefruit-flavored, super refreshing, and a great option if you want electrolytes without that extra salty vibe. We’re big fans.
Egg freezing parties? We’re all ears.
A recipe we’re going to try out this weekend b/c we forgot to eat the bananas and now they’re brown.
Yes to more awareness and improved education about endometriosis and menstrual health 👏
A bit of IVF comedy to jumpstart your weekend.
Friday vibes:
